Enjoy a four-course lunch ($95) or a five-course dinner ($205) celebrating Swiss and French specialties. The menu features poached shrimp, Gruyère cheese soufflé with pumpkin veloute, Atlantic cod with pumpkin seed romesco, aged striploin, and for dessert: kirschtorte with toasted almond meringue and vanilla cream. Dinner begins with a welcome aperitif inspired by The Bastion Collection’s 37, the elegant cocktail and piano lounge at The Woodward Hotel. From there, indulge in a chef-curated tasting menu, all while live jazz fills the air, transporting diners to the sophisticated ambiance of 37 in Geneva.
