Bell Pepper Pulled Chicken Pumpkins
This is so fun and easy… It literally takes three ingredients and takes 3 minutes to prep this recipe. First, using your slow cooker put 4 to 5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the bottom. Pour a jar of thick chunky picante sauce over the chicken. You can use mild, medium or hot. Mix in a packet of taco seasoning (either store bought or you can make your own) Cook for 4 to 5 hours on low or 2 hours on high. Cut pumpkin faces in the peppers and you have a simple, fast and fun Halloween dinner for the kids.
