There is so much excitement surrounding the days leading up to a new school year and the anticipation of what is in store academically and socially. I loved this month as a kid and also love it as a mom of school-aged kids. I remember going back to school shopping with my mom and my brother and I racing to see who could run the fastest with our new tennis shoes.
We would go to K-Mart to pick out our school supplies and I always wanted to get the coolest metal lunch box that was on the shelf. As the first day of the new school year quickly approaches, we at Swoon would like to wish students, teachers and staff every success for another great year of growth in education and good citizenship!
