The Doggy Party on the Plaza celebrated their tenth year anniversary in style at CityCentre. Put on by Houston PetTalk Magazine, this fun family friendly event (mostly the 4 legged kind) benefits local area rescue groups who compete to become “Top Dog” by creating spectacular floats in the annual “Rescue Me!” Parade.
