Sarah Cain, executive chair of the Houston West Chamber’s Women Driving Business Committee hosted the preview event attended by the committee, sponsors and potential sponsors.
Women Driving Business was founded in 2005 to connect professional women in ways that are uniquely feminine. Each year, the series brings together Houston’s leading female professionals across industries to share motivation, business opportunities and friendships. The theme for 2019 is “She Creates Change” as we encourage female professionals to be intentional, take action and blaze their own trail. The series is once again presented by The Rose.
Techspace will be the location for the sponsor photoshoot on Tuesday, August 6. The kick-off breakfast will be on Friday, September 13 at Royal Oaks Country Club. Annella Metoyer, author of “Dare to be the Change” is the keynote speaker.
Live Powerfully & Recharge Your Energy is the umbrella theme for the Women Driving Business afternoon forums on Thursday, November 7 at The Red Oak Ballroom at Norris Conference Centers-CityCentre. Sponsors and guests will have the opportunity to hear from experts on managing finances, health and wellness, marketing with technology and customer service. There will also be vendor pop-up shops and refreshments during the afternoon just in time for holiday shopping.
The 2019 Women Driving Business series concludes with a holiday social at Anchor Executive Center on Thursday, December 5.
