Tell us about your High School Football Career?
It was great, I am very grateful for being able to play at the level I did at Kinkaid. It was a great place for me to learn and grow as an athlete and person. All credit goes to my teammates and coaches for pushing me and working with me in order to achieve my goal of playing at the college level; I couldn’t have asked for better people surrounding me. But not only am I walking away from high school with life long friendships, but also 3 SPC state championships under my belt. I can’t say enough about the respect I have for the Kinkaid community as a whole, and the privilege it was to play there.
What is the BIGGEST memory from playing football that stands out- Just ONE memory!
Probably playing on the same team as my older brother, Weston, in SBMSA football when we were young. It was one of the only years I got to play on the same team as him. It was also my only ever losing season … 0-8.
Where did you decide to play in college?
University of Hawaii.
What made you choose University of Hawaii?
It’s all part of God’s plan, I knew Hawaii would be the perfect place to compete and develop my game. I love the team’s energy coming off their outstanding 2018 campaign and I strive to contribute to that success in the future. I just can’t wait to get out there.
What one subject are you so glad to have to behind you and hope to NEVER take again?!!
Economics. No offense, Dr. Harris.
What are you going to miss most from home?
My family of course. There are no words that can describe what they continuously do for me on a daily basis. Love y’all.
