Come celebrate the 2019 Doggy Party on the Plaza April 6th from Noon to 5pm. It is a fun-filled family event designed to celebrate Doggys. This is the 10th anniversary of this rescue benefit party and filled with games, contests, and the Annual “Rescue Me!” parade that benefits Houston Area Rescue groups.
